Type a group name which can be easily recognized by participants.
Once the group name is created, it is not changeable.
Choose a language for the session. A chosen group language will define invitation email, baseline survey and presentation slide.

Type participants’ email address.
Hit the Save button, invitation emails will be sent to them.
By receiving the email, participants will be asked to answer an anonymous survey. Be sure to send the invitation few days before the session scheduled.
IMPORTANT: Calculate session duration to plan your session
Number of participants x 5 min = minimum time required to complete one "game round". Plus you must include time for introduction and conclusions
For instance, if a team of 10 participants run a Praise Round, the time will cost: 70 minutes (15 minutes intro + 50 minutes game round + 5 minutes conclusions)

Once all participants complete the survey, you’ll receive an email notification.

Strengthen Connections Require 'We-Time'
Studies on the science show we must remove bias, promote feedback and build “psychological safety”.
We do this by strengthening interpersonal connections through having “We-Time”.
During Work-time team is expected to behave 'professionally'. Individuals should be emotionally and psychologically prepared to perform at their best. Beer-time is to get to know each other personally. But it's not safe, not structured (no turn-taking in conversation).
We-Time is 1) To show your whole self (professional + personal) 2) A structured and safe procedure 3) Form healthy habits.

Alternative: First play the game and analyze it later Present the survey result after the game play is done. The team will experience the game faster, avoid discussion upfront.
Participants will answer 12 quesetions which they can agree or disagree in a scale of 1 to 8. Their responses identify 4 different metrics such as psychological safety, constructive feedback, social norms and control over cognitive bias. Some questions are reverse scored.

Set up the game
Use the WeQ App to prepare the cards.
IMPORTANT: The group game is synchronized. So be sure to satisfy below conditions before you press “start”
The list of participants in the app must match the actual players present in the session.
It is not possible to involve participants who are not physically present in the group.
If anyone is not present, you must delete them from the group before starting the game.
You may also add new participants if needed.
All participants must complete the anonymous survey first before starting the game.
Make sure all the participants are on their app and logged in the WeQ app.
Once the above conditions are met, go to 'Prepare Cards' tab and hit the START button.
Participants’ app will start a Ranker game.
(Participants will go through below process).
First, participants describe their positive qualities by arranging 6 qualities in an order in 60 seconds (top = strength, bottom = weakness).
After 60 seconds, theWeQ App will automatically advance to next set.
This will repeat 4 times until they rank all 24 qualities.
Once “self-ranking” is finished, they will continue rank others.
Ranking is confidential. Be sure that the person being evaluated does not observe other people’s phone.
The whole process should take a maximum of 10 minutes.
Writing down numbers
Once ranking is all done, WeQ uses this data to select cards for each participant.
When layers see their diagram of cards, they should write down the numbers on their placemat.
Preparing the cards
When the quiz process is complete, a set of card numbers are assigned to each participant. The total number of cards per set is various depending on chosen session type
Let the participants help each other to collect their own cards.
Participants should place the cards on the Play-mat face down. Do not read the description on the card.
Explain how the system automatically identifies optimal selections of cards with guiding the conversation towards the interpersonal issues that need addressing.
