WeQ is searching for an Account Executive who is ready to SELL. We empower our account executives with all the tools and training necessary to contact organizations and let them know how WeQ can help them. We are still just a startup, so you should be the kind of person who is "hands-on", and ready to hustle to get new business, and help build up our sales and marketing process.
You will be working in Amsterdam, and reporting directly to the CEO, as you develop and manage a "sales pipeline".
- create outreach strategies
- research and find prospective customers (lead gen)
- contact prospects
- deliver customized, convincing product demonstrations
- negotiate and close deals
- build and maintain customer relationships
- expand your network.
A bit about us
WeQ began as research project, that realized that our general intelligence (IQ) and emotional intelligence (EQ) and less important for business than the collective intelligence (WeQ). Founder Ohyoon joined up with Technician Hari and startup guru Scott. Our grand vision is to be the world leader in "corporate gaming", a category we created. Your work will have a major impact on the high performance companies in the world.
There are no "hard" requirements; only that you are positive, enthusiastic, persistent, and love reaching out to people and making new connections. Here are the kinds of things we like to see:
- Ideally some sales experience
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- A good listener
- Fluent Dutch is a big plus
- Do not give up early
- Experience selling SaaS products a big plus.
